During this stage, we discover if you need referrals to any ancillary services like a credit repair company or a moving service, or if you need to sell your current home first.
Pre-approval. We introduce you to several of our preferred pre-vetted mortgage lenders to secure financing. They will collect your financial documents and help you choose the best mortgage product.
Strategize based on your budget. Here’s where we get granular! This is a much more in-depth consult where we discover your wants versus your needs, and how we can help you find exactly what you’re looking for given the loan you have been preapproved for. We never strategize without a firm budget in place!
Search for homes. We collaborate with you using the Compass mobile app to find homes available for sale, both on and off-market. Listings marked as Private Exclusive or Coming Soon give you access to off-market inventory before they are listed publicly on the MLS or on Zillow.
Strategically coach our clients to write a strong offer to buy. Once you find that dream home you’re excited to invest in, we walk you through how to craft the strongest offer possible to help you stand apart and win competitive bidding wars.
Expertly guide you through each stage of escrow. We take pride in walking you through each step of the escrow process, from reading contracts and disclosures to hiring the best inspectors so you will feel confident as you sail through escrow.
