Gina’s Story
I am a trusted Real Estate advisor specializing in both West L.A. and the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, CA. Born and raised initially in Inglewood, then moving to Santa Monica and finally settling in Encino, I am a true Angeleno! I know from experience what unique qualities make each neighborhood special – and I find this to be a huge advantage to the clients who rely on me to help them reach their goals and match them with their ideal property.
Prior to my transition to Real Estate, I graduated with honors from The University of Redlands and earned my B.S. in Business while building a career as a Director of Operations for a well-respected, national precious metals investment firm based on the Westside. I helped launch one of the first companies to offer investors the ability to hold cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin and Ethereum) in their retirement portfolio. In so doing, I forged important relationships with some of the most well-known and influential players in the industry.
After a successful career in corporate financial services, I felt a calling to follow in my father’s footsteps and run my own business. I love working directly with clients and helping manage and guide people through important and complex financial decisions, and I saw Real Estate as the perfect fit. I strongly believe that working with a reliable, knowledgeable, tenacious real estate agent is crucial when navigating the competitive L.A. real estate market, so I got licensed in 2016 and cut my teeth working on several top-producing real estate teams in Los Angeles, learning from the absolute best. I quickly sold over $12 million of real estate within my first year and I’ve never looked back!
On a personal note, I am a naturally fierce competitor and athlete. I played club soccer during my high school years and just a few years ago I went on to place second in my third-ever fitness contest, qualifying me to compete nationally! I am also a new mother; my beautiful daughter Luciana was born in June 2021. My dogs are jealous but are adjusting to our newest family member and I am absolutely in love with our growing family.

I began my career in California Real Estate in 2005, working with a top-producing Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills, where I was taught the ins in outs of high-net-worth client representation and the many aspects of growing and managing a successful real estate business.
After joining forces with Billy Rose and Blair Chang in 2006, I became a part of a team of local experts and architectural specialists and learned how to integrate and leverage a widening field of technologies to further systematize the sales process from listing to close. After playing an integral role in the building of the Rose+Chang brand at what was then Prudential California Realty, I was tapped by Billy, Blair and their business partner Mauricio Umansky, to help found their own luxury brokerage, The Agency, and to be its Chief Information Officer, in 2011.
Starting with an empty office and a laptop, I helped develop and staff The Agency’s flagship location in Beverly Hills, as well as to assemble the company’s core technology portfolio. Before being recruited to Douglas Elliman of California in late 2015, as its Vice President of Operations, I helped oversee The Agency’s growth to well over 100 agents across 3 offices, as it positioned itself to become one of the region’s most profitable and well-known brands.
